Our desire is to create films that challenge, provoke, and feed the audience by offering stories of hope, redemption, and healing. We are convinced that the public is hungry for these types of films. The mainstream American film industry, with rare exceptions, has for decades largely ignored or even consciously avoided supplying this demand. And other well-intentioned and often well-financed projects have fallen on deaf ears because the stories being presented are manipulative and didactic, with audiences being pandered to instead of invited to use their heads and hearts to enter the world and journey of a well-crafted fictional tale.
For us, it is our privilege to tell good stories well, produce good cinema, and to tell the truth amidst it all. No world has ever flourished alone – without God, family, and community there is no world. Without a world, there is no story. Therefore, we choose to tell stories about our world…the truth as we see it.
